Early Birthday Present

Steve and I wanted to get Lucas something to use outside for his birthday. We decided on a little ride-on car, and picked it up this weekend while Grandma Sewall was in town for a visit. We gave Lucas his gift early so that he could enjoy it through these next few months. We also got him some wooden blocks because he seemed interested in them when we were visiting our friends Ann and Sal in Rochester. So, happy early birthday Lucas!

Visit to Rochester at 10 Months

This past weekend Lucas, Steve and I visited friends and family in Rochester. Lucas had just turned 10 months old, and it was fun to show everyone how he has changed! When we arrived at my parents' house there were several "new" toys for Lucas to play with. He had fun!

Happy Mother's Day!

Yesterday was my first Mother's Day! My mother-in-law came into town and we all went to brunch at The Morrison House in Old Town Alexandria. Steve also surprised me with a custom made photo album. It is beautiful! It was a very nice day!
