Valentine's With Friends

Today we had some friends from our Mommy and Me group over for a Valentine's party. We had fun!

Lucas is Seven Months Old!

Can you believe my big boy is seven months old! He now has his two bottom front teeth! He is quite the explorer. We are setting up temporary obstacles in the family room to keep him from getting into things we don't want him to (DVD, fireplace, computer cord, etc.), but we definitely need to start officially baby proofing. We also had to lower his crib because he pulled down his mobile all by himself ;) Lucas has been trying new solid foods like squash, sweet potatoes and pears. He definitely prefers them to the green veggies! Here are some pictures of my handsome little man.

Snowed In!

We are now at the tail end of one of the biggest snow storms D.C. has ever had! We had over 20 inches of snow. Being a Rochester native, this wasn't anything I couldn't handle!

Steve started digging and uncovered a gem!
