Soccer!

This fall we decided to try out the FPYC soccer program.  Lucas has practice on Wednesdays and games on Saturday mornings.  Today was his first game!  He is on the team with one of his best buddies Addison, and it looks like they are having a great time!

Back to School!

This school year is bittersweet.  It is Allie's first year at St. Stephen's and Lucas' last.  While I enjoying having a few hours to myself during the week to get things accomplished, I know what is coming next year...KINDERGARTEN!  Yikes!  Time has just flown by.  Allie is in the Fishy room this year and had an excellent first day with no tears.  Lucas is in the Giraffe room and seems to like it, but transition has always been harder for him. :)  This is the one way that he is more like mommy!

The Aquarium-Our End of the Summer Adventure

We celebrated the end of summer with a beautiful Labor Day adventure to the Baltimore Aquarium.  Lucas is partial to aquatic animals, and Allie enjoyed it too.  After our visit to the aquarium we had a nice lunch at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company overlooking the water.  It was a great end to the summer!

Birthday Fun!

Lucas turned 4 on July 10th and boy did we celebrate!  He had birthday strawberry pie (his request!) with one of his best buddies Tristan and the rest of the Morgan family after testing out his brand new Hotwheels (what else??) big boy bike!  Then on Sunday evening we celebrated with Grandma, Papa, Aunt Carol and many good friends at his Hotwheels themed birthday party.  I can't believe how big my baby boy is getting!
