For Father's Day this year we had planned to return to the Sully Plantation Antique Car Show. However, the ground was wet from the previous night's rain. So, we decided to go into the city and see the American History Museum. We got home and grilled out. Here are some pictures from our day celebrating a wonderful daddy!

Allison Elizabeth at Two Months
Allie turned two months on Friday! She had a very good checkup. She does have an umbilical hernia but that is common and the doctor said there is no reason to worry. Otherwise, she is growing beautifully! She is 22 1/2 inches long (57%) and 10 lbs 7 oz (40%). She is officially out of her newborn clothes and into size 3 months. She has just started sleeping through the night from 10:30 pm until 6:00 am. Yay! She has also just started taking an afternoon nap in her own crib when her big brother goes down. Here is a picture of our growing baby girl!
Aunt Carol Snyder Visits
Aunt Carol Snyder lives in Maryland and came by for lunch and a quick visit the other day. We had a nice afternoon!
Little Gym Graduation
Thursday was Lucas' last class at The Little Gym. He has really enjoyed going to classes there and has learned a lot so I am sad to see it come to an end. Lucas will begin soccer camp in July and then nursery school in the fall so there will be exciting things ahead!

A Visit From Auntie Carole and Cousin Lisa
This past weekend my aunt and cousin visited. We had a wonderful time sharing memories and exploring the DC area together. On Sunday after they arrived we went out for a nice dinner to one of our favorite places, Jackson's. Monday Steve was able to take the day off and we all went to the Air and Space Museum, and then just us ladies (and Lucas!) went to Mt. Vernon on Tuesday. By the end of the visit Lucas really knew who his Auntie and Cousin were. It was such a great visit and we were sad to see them leave!

A Sprinkle for Shauna
Last Friday I hosted a sprinkle for my friend and neighbor Shauna. She is using a lavender and green theme in her nursery so I used that as my inspiration for the food and decor. Everyone had a good time and we were able to honor Shauna and baby-to-be Payton Grace!
