Weekly Play Group

Each week Lucas and I go to Springfield to my friend Rachael's house for play group. You can tell she is a teacher, look at the adorable bulletin board she made of all the babies in the group!

Drake's First Birthday

Yesterday we attended our first birthday party for a friend! Drake, a neighborhood friend, had his 1st birthday. By the end of it Lucas was really tired and ready for nap time, as you can see:)!

Well, two milestones occurred this past week. Lucas began sleeping in his big boy crib in his nursery, and he is now able to sit up in his Bumbo seat all by himself. He is getting to be such a big boy!

Lucas' Baptism

We baptized Lucas at the church we were married in (Asbury Methodist) on Sunday, October 18th. We were so blessed to have our family and friends join us. Here are some pictures from the event!

I have been enjoying the company of some local moms through a moms group that my friend Rachael started. We had a family picnic on a beautiful fall day. Here are some pictures!

3 Months

Lucas turned 3 months old on October 10th, he is growing up so quickly! He now smiles and laughs, and can roll over from his back to his tummy. He has discovered his feet and likes to hold onto them, and is also experimenting with talking, moving his mouth and forming sounds. He sleeps from 8:30 pm until 7:30 am, and now takes 3 naps a day. He is also wearing clothes size 3-6 mos. now! Here is a picture from his 3 month birthday.
